hlo dr.i am trying to conceive since past 8 months but no results even i am suffering from pcod but my gynecologist has asked me to loose weight and I did that but still no results what should i do plz suggest.

A. do gym. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
