I had caesarean 1 month ago... I want to ask that how can I know that my wound is healing from inside too.. sometimes I feel like my stitches from inside have broke and it use to pain. how can I feel safe.. after how many days our uterus wound gets healed??

till this time the stitches have totally Heal the pain you are feeling is just due to the muscle stretching which may continue for about 4 to 5 months also 
but it is not due to unhail stitches- so don't worry
