DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello,, your baby boy boy 27 months old and he doesn’t speak properly yet so don’t worry it’s very normal for his age if he has a tongue tie or he can hear or not

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mum if your child is not able to speak at all not even mama papa in that case you can talk to the speech specialist and start with the therapy but if he is speaking few words then do not worry it is keep on repeating the word in front of him ask him questions let him ask questions keep on practicing with rhymes
