Q.

hiiii, I m priyanka. this is my 2nd pregnancy and it's a beautiful feeling. but there is little stress too. As my 1st delivery was c section, so I m little bit tensed about this delivery. I just want to know is back possible after c section with a gap of 5yrs?? also recommend some tips for normal delivery

A. you might have c section. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. good morning there is nothing to worry about I would recommend you to try to take a healthy and balance diet stay active throughout the day avoid taking any stress but make sure that you are going for walks etc
