hiii mam i have a 7and half years old boy he is very weak he eats alot but he is not gaining weight what can i do plz help me in this situation iam very worried about my child

A. Hello mom every individual has their own metabolism so hence their weight gain depends a lot on that and even they are eating well they don’t gain weight easily . So if the child is active for his age not an issue
