Include more Green vegetables ,Beet root, Carrot Tomato, Eggs, Millets , Mushroom , Dates, Nuts in diet.

Increase case I would advise you that you should go ahead with giving proper semisolid food to the child were you should include all kind of a dairy products for the child and also you should make sure that you’re giving porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato all other kind of foods and vegetables and spell korte Chai
