ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. if weaning done. then best to see a doctor ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

It’s Completely fine a lot of women do not get their periods after delivery up till 12 to 16 months also that’s mostly because you exclusively breastfeeding the child and also due to hormonal changes in the body but these things are normal so don’t think too much about it
