hii my son is 5 month old, last 3 days he did not getting poop. and last 2 days I have to be observed his urine output is 12 to 13 times but sometimes it is concentrated. what can I do. he is on breastfeeding???

A. you can feed more frequently to baby and also should drink more water your self or any other liquid by your self . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
