Cherricof you can use as a good medicine if you don’t have anything give ginger juice and honey to the child with a pinch of black pepper into that don’t give water on top of that and make your child gargle with warm water with pinch of turmeric and salt into that this will really help a lot and put a pillow under the head when you put your child to sleep this will help in controlling coughing to little bit of an extent
