Hii my baby is 25 days old he passes gas but unable to do potty since 3 days what should i do plss let me knw

A. Hello, your baby boy is newborn just 25 days old and he is farting a lot but he has not passed stools since last three days so don’t worry it’s very normal for his age

A. Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturitrey of the gut . other factors include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not giving proper burping after each feed. Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .
