hii meri pre mature baby born hai..mere લેફ્ટ side breast bahot heavy feel hota hai or abhi milk nahi atta jyada to me kya kru plz suggest me or muje kya kya khana chahiye isstime

A. Use both breast while feeding. sometimes and it could happen if baby is uncomfortable the other side or is not able to latch well or the flow could be more or less or nipple could be small or big. Just try to hold baby conveniently and try once. Slowly they will use it when they are comfortable.
