A. h नमस्ते कृपया अधिक से अधिक स्तनपान कराएं जिससे स्वाभाविक रूप से आपके स्तन के दूध की आपूर्ति में वृद्धि होगी। आप इसके लिए दिन में दो बार गर्म दूध के साथ लेप्टाडिन टैबलेट या शेटावेरी ग्रेन्युलर जैसे सप्लीमेंट भी ले सकते हैं।
