hii mam /sir I am joyashree gupta . meri beti school jate waqt khana nehin khati. toh usko aesha kya khilao ki woh khana khake school jayee. specially she is very weak . food supplement ke taur pe mein usko kya Du jo uski regular leg pain mein help karey .

A. You can give such things which she likes so that she can eat fast like a sandwich or shake can be given or you can make roti or chilla roll and porridge is also a good option to be given

You should give whatever your child likes to eat you can give dry fruits as they are healthy you can give sandwiches in brown bread or multigrain bread sometimes you can give poha Upma whatever basic breakfast your child would like to eat and for leg pain I would advise you to check with your doctor to start with calcium and vitamin D at this kind of pain is usually seen with growing kids as it is called growth pain
