Hi parent It's fine but you may breast feed your first baby for about three months of your pregnancy only after it , your baby inside will need more nutritions and so you will have to stop it please introduce probiotics , desi cow a2 milk and water in diet of your first baby please stop the breast feeding gradually don't do it very drstically
