Hii it’s Izaan‘s mom..my breast milk is flowing very low ..and my baby is 5 m old now..what should I do to increase my breast milk…I’m so tense about it

A. Tension also reduces breastfeeding let me tell you that tension stress all the shit that basically your enemy when you are feeding your child so you should be more relaxed tried consuming more of liquid and you can also take support from lactation supplements.Write Your Answer Here
