hii I want to ask that my breast milk is not enough to feed my child 3 month baby I have so what to do??

A. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding. meet the doctor for weight assessment. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.d if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child d

A. hi please don't give up easily give more and more breastfeeds to your child because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced naturally massage your breasts with warm coconut oil which stimulate your milk glands and increase your breastmilk supply
