yes as a child is 4 months old ,yes skin to skin Contact definitely help in increase of breastmilk supply.
so maintain it during whole feeding session.
mam , as it is winter ,you should feed your child at warm place where windows and doors are closed.
mam ,no need to take out your baby's all clothe ,just try feeding in a way that your child feel your touch and you feel your child.
for example ,touching your child chest or stomach part with your stomach part.
