Hii I’m a monther of 11m old baby nd my periods were normal but now I’m facing the irregular period problem nd I have test my pregnancy also but it has negative result so can you please suggest me something

A. see the irregular cycles can be due to weight gain and stress so try yo cut on that..Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
