Hii i have a 3 months old baby girl. There is an issue of getting small pimples on her face frequently. Pimples have hole. What is it ? Is it ok ? Or required Any medicine

A. hi mom, if you see small white-coloured pinpoint bumps on your baby’s face, these are a clear sign of milia. These are subepidermal cysts. They resolve on their own, hence no treatment is required.
