Q.

Hii, I am 33 weeks pregnant but still head is mobile.. will be the chance for normal delivery or not? And why lungs growth injection should be take?

A. the lungs maturity injection is being indicated only if there are any chances of Pre term delivery so if your doctor feels that you may get delivered earlier because of that they might have indicated for the injection

A. One “course” of antenatal steroid treatment usually consists of two injections given 24 hours apart. When used between 25 and 33 weeks of pregnancy, steroids can speed up the development of the baby's lungs a lot. This gives many preterm babies a much better chance of survival.
