hii dr. mujhe 28 weeks of pregnancy chal rahi h but mujhe pait ke niche pain ho raha h toh dr. ne mujhe bedrest suggest kiya h par mera placenta posterior upper segment grade 1 h

A. well if the doctor has advised bed rest then there has to be a reason ok. best yo ask her. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. definitely would recommend you to take complete bed rest make sure that you make animal movement otherwise recommended by the doctor and it is advisable to keep yourself mentally free as well
