hii doctor, meri delivery hue 7 month ho gye h.or m brest feeding krati hu. delivery k bad first time period mujhe kl hue h.jisme bhut km bleeding ho rhi h.bss spotting si hi ho rhi.plz btaiye aisa kyu ho rha h
