massage with coconut oil or almond oil at bedtime.
apply skinspa moisturizer every two hours.
take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

it happens because of dry skin or Infection
so ,I advise to apply pure aloe vera gel or Coconut oil on these
drink plenty of water and keep your self well hydrated.
avoid overuse of cosmetics.
