There should not be any swelling in the vagina and it could either be Bartholin’s cyst infection or there could also be hypertension complicating pregnancy or hypoproteinemia leading to swelling in that area. Ma’am Since you’re pregnant and if you’re facing any of these issues it’s better to take a consultation from your gynaecologist the doctor may have to do a check up and then only she can tell you as to why all this is happening in that she can advise you correctly as to what you need to do further ahead of that
