Hii can u give ragi to my 6 months old boy in this rainy season as my mother is saying no due to it's cold effects...

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 months agoA. no worries, you may give ragi to your six month old baby. give a small amount of semi solid food once a day and gradually increase the amount of it.
