As my daughter parigul her hair growth is very slow nd all the time she is cranky nd she keep on crying wholeday kbhi kisi cheez k liye to kbhi kisi.She is not satisfied with the things nd get bored early fm any particular thing nd seeing other child k she wore that I also want to wear the same nd di same things whichever he/she s doing

hello kid being very small it is normal and slowly try to talk to your child and make it understand and as the child grow it will be all fine and any concern then it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which would be better and also safe
