yesterday my baby boy has a 45 days vaccination,after vaccination I gave 0.5ml paracetamol syrup at 11am ,then fever is not coming, yesterday at 8 pm I gave fever syrup ,till now I don't give syrup,fever not coming, please tell me is it normal ot not , fever is not coming syrup is given or not,why my baby had no fever , please help me reply me

whenever fever is not improving with paracetamol you will have to see if the dosage of the medicine is given according to the weight of the child or not and if the power of the paracetamol is proper.
also if the medicine is older than one month after opening then better to buy a new bottle.z
you have to give paracetamol and also do body sponge and keep the child in cotton clothes.
after 2 hours of paracetamol if the fever is is not improving then youz can go for higher medicines like ibugesic or meftal p.
paracetamol can be given maximum four times per day.
