hi what about marina ( contraceptive device)?? any experienced mother plz answer for that ? Is it will reduce pain?

There are a lot of contraceptive options but everything has its frozen cons if it suits you then nothing like it and if it doesn’t then it can create problems to you and most common is weight gain hormone imbalance in proper cycle so you have a discussion with your doctor and then you go ahead with it and what kind of pain are you talking about that’s not here
