Hi ,we recently shifted to Bangalore and here weather is not good,my both kids, twins,5 yrs old having continuous cough and cold and fever sometime. even after giving medicine,it's not getting controlled.As suggested by doctor,it must be for seasonal changes.any one has any house hold way to get rid of cough and cold.

they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /ndight and morning.
requires examination and start anti allergic meddicines.
meet dr and prevent such temperature variations.
there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaxler therapy or nebulization.
