hi. today my paediatrician prescribed asthalin syrup for my 21 month old baby. he s having cough and cold symptoms for past 2 weeks. he also prescribed alaspan syrup along with this. is asthalin safe for my babyal as he is below 2 yr

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonjal flu where most of thguue time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
