Q.
Hi to all, It has been 8 months post delivery(normal delivery), my periods have not started yet . I should consult with the doctor or wait more . any idea anyone

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months
no medication is needed for that
you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy . so don't worry

No worries as Women can resume with their period any time right after their delivery it could be even a month sometimes it could be six months to 12 months to even one year but all these things are very normal it could be more than one year also so need not worry about it when your body is ready for it to start menstruating
