Q.

Hi this morning I found a little spotting on my underwear, after that there is no bleeding. Is this a symptom of the first period after delivery?

A. yes it may be . if there is spotting ,just wait and watch . if normal bleeding nothing to worry for . if in case heavy bleeding consult with your doctor once
