Q.
Hi There, my 5 month old baby not pooping (toilet) for 2 days. Five days before also happened same and she did pooping 3 days before. But again she didn't pooping. Is this common for 5 month old baby? Also she wake up every 30 min after she went to sleep. Is this happening because of she didn't pooping? Experts, please let us know anything we need to do? Thanks in advance

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies.
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suuggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
