Q.
Hi there... I am Suraj. My baby is vomiting while she was feeding.. and she is going through constipation. what should I do.???

please try different feeding position.
offer small and frequent feeds.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding
make sure your child latches properly.
don't force feed or overfeed your child.
for constipation:
keep your child well hydrated
offer fiber rich food like palak puree, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child.
give massage to your child daily.
give massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands.
move your child legs in cycling motions.
maintain good hygiene.
