good morning my baby is facing problem of constipation and she is vomiting after feeding

A. for gastric colic you can give collicaid drops to your baby.proper burping and tummy time after every feed is helpful.cyclic motion of legs also relieves .please do not overfeed the child as well if the child is frequently spitting milk.gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system.Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
