hi there ,after my delivery I was facing sugar craving...now my baby is 18month still iam having sugar craving...how can I stop or reduce that?

A. dear mum , take care that u include protein and fibre source in every meal do not skip breakfast and have 2.5 - 3 lt water intake do not buy , store unhealthy processed high sugar , fat containing foods include whole fruit , dates as part of ur balanced diet as ur healty sugar source
