Q.
hi team, my son is 3 year 3 month old.He started going to daycare from last 3 months.Today i have noticed small bumps on his elbow skin , knee skin and ankle area. They don't seems to be itchy.can you suggest if they are much concerned about?what could cause and what can we apply to avoid them?
