mera 6 months 14 days old baby hai mai ye janna chah rahi thi ki baby ko teething kabse start hote hai or teething ke pain or irritation se sambhalne ke liye kya pehle se baby ko dena chahie or kabse? My bhabhi said mugli ghutti 555 Nd my friend said calceria because of that i am confused please help and share your valuable suggestions.

baccho ka teething phase usually 6 months se start hojata hai.
aap teething k signs check krte rahe jaise ki saliva jyada aana, gums me soojan aur itching, body temperature rise hona, loose motions.

it is natural process so no need of extra medicines.
just give massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child.
provide silicone teether.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
