NehaMom of 2 children8 months agoA. take one cup poha and 1 cup rice soak them in water for better 15 minutes and later grind it, you will get vatter of dosa which is safe and tasty for giving baby or child 8 months and above .
for a taste you can also.make.coconut chutney for little sweetness you can always add jaggery to it not sugar and in salt use rock salt

Give three meal and two snacks
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
