This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations .
For cold you can give drops wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. 
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful.

Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric witdh milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink 
If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor 
paracetamol for fever and pain.

give indirect steam to ur baby two three times a day and apply babyhug rapid relief roll on or vicks babyrub on the chest and feet sole to get relief from cough and cold. 
give medicine as prescribed by the doctor
