hi sir my daughter's 1year old yesterday she had vomiting and fever now she's getting better what food can I give her at this point of time shall I give tender coconut

Hi ...This s Dr.Poomathi My child s 1yr 4months old... he s having high grade fever for past 4 days...the fever s not getting settled even after IV para infusion.... zone nd amikacin has been started ...nd 4 doses have been completed...but the fever s not settling at all...other wise...my child s active when he s not having fever...good food intake s there...he s under admission...wats the reason for his fever..
