Hi sir My Daughter age is 21 month Hight is 77 Cm and weight is 10 kg. I want to grow my daughter some more. what is the suggestion.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom kids grow on their own pace weight gain would be - by the age of 1 they triple their birth weight and then it takes 5 years to double it up . Give them foods that are usual family foods

I want to know that what type of vegitables and what types of fruits can be taken.
