hi sir my baby is 2.6yrs old, she is having a tiny watery bump on lining of cornea and getting redness in white part of eye, my paediatrician suggests tobacin drops and I'm using it since 2days, and I observed another tiny bump in the same eye. today I observed a tiny bump on another eye. please tell me the solution, I'm getting tensed.
