Hi sir My 10 month baby having cold and running nose,, shall i give No cold syrup for baby...and how much ml shall i give..past 4 days he was suffering,,, i aslo take him to the docter also but no improvement

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the syhimptoms .y
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .
