my baby boy 4 years old, he was 33 days back fever I gave him cef-3 antibiotic 5 days he was fyn then after 2 days he was cough and cold daily early morning 15 days after we went hospital doctor gave me cough syrup, citizen and defraclav antibiotic for throat infection 7 days then he was fine, after 3 days again he has fever today 3rd fever doctor gave me flucamox antibiotic syrup every 6 hours 5 ml today 3rd day still little bit fever it is coming please suggest me flucamoxis it good antibiotic? (within one month 3 times I gave him antibiotic pls suggest me ) why it was coming frequently coming fever

there is need to investigate to find out the reason can be due to less immunity. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
