Hello Sir My daughter is 2 3/4 years old and she have fever in last 3 months. July she had fever and took antibiotic and it gone..August September also the same thing.

A. recurrent infection because of less immunity and seasonal changes yes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
