Q.

Hi Sir/Mam my 2 years 10 months old boy having cold and cough. Today he is coughing a lot what to do... I'm giving Ambroxol Hydrochloride T Sulphateand Guaphenisin syrup what to do?

A. it s flu so. cold and cough can be due to season change mostly and is due to viral in majority of cases . Can give indirect steam inhalation for relief from nasal blockage. Use nasivion drops for congestion . For cough , need to see a doctor if wer cough .
