Q.

Hi, Sir/Mam Dr.Priyanka Soni ,Vaibhavi guardian. I am 33 complete. 106.5 kg weight problems. I am suffering from hypertension when BP is raised I only take medicine then, I am insomniac so I am on sleeping pills I have period related problems as well .I have a pain in left leg sometimes but report says nothing I was single I am single .in short I would like to say that I want to lose weight please help me out

A. sorry s i r but I am not satisfied these are the simple basic things which I already know and I am pure vegetarian

A. Hello To lose weight, you need to make consistent efforts & keep patience you can 1. Avoid fried, sugary, sweet, junk fried foods 2. Include foods like sprouts, egg whites, pulses sprouts curd Vegetables fruits nuts . 3. exercise for 45 minutes atleast daily
