2.4Yr Baby he uske neck ke right side me 2 choti ganth jese lag rahi he size makki ke dane jesi he..press krne pe idhar udhar move ho rhi he dard jesa to nahi lag rha he bachi ko size makki ke dane jesi he.. normal nahi dikhti he par 8 10 din se notice Kiya humne to dikhi he..
