hi sir iam mother of 11 months old baby .i gain lot of weight now my weight is 85.can I do one meal in a day for weight loss.if there is any effects on brest feeding

Hello mom yes what ever you eat or drink has a direct effect on the quality of the breast milk , if you are going to starve it will have its effects as well , so instead be mindful of what you consume have small meals throughout the day , avoid unnecessary snacking as well
